What is an Integrity Zone (IZ)?
An Integrity Zone (IZ) is a designation given to institutions that commit to a clean, accountable, and transparent work culture. The Faculty of Language and Literature Education (FPBS) at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia strives to create an academic environment rooted in integrity, free from corruption, and focused on delivering quality public services to students, lecturers, and staff.
Objectives of the Integrity Zone at FPBS
- Build an anti-corruption culture within the academic environment.
- Increase transparency and accountability in public service systems.
- Provide professional, high-quality academic services for the entire academic community.
- Ensure conflict-free faculty governance and prevent practices that violate academic integrity.
- Strengthen internal oversight of administrative processes and policy implementation.
FPBS Commitment to the Integrity Zone
- Whistle Blowing System (WBS): A secure reporting system with reporter protection and transparent follow-up.
- Risk Management Reports: Identification and mitigation of risks that may hinder academic and administrative services.
- Conflict of Interest Handling: Preventing conflicts in every decision-making process.
- Public Service Statement: Commitment to fast, transparent, and accurate public information services.
- Public Complaints: A channel for the public to report issues in public services, corruption, or other violations within academic or administrative sectors.
Whistle Blowing System (WBS)
As part of integrity reinforcement, FPBS provides a reporting channel through the Whistle Blowing System (WBS). This system allows academic members and the public to report alleged violations such as abuse of power, gratuities, or actions that conflict with academic integrity values.

- Public services within FPBS.
