Whistle Blowing System (WBS)
What is WBS?
The Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a reporting mechanism for violations or misconduct within the Faculty of Language and Literature Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
Objectives
- Prevent and take action against corruption, collusion, and nepotism.
- Maintain academic integrity and transparency at FPBS.
- Provide a safe channel for whistleblowers to report without fear of pressure or threats.
What Can Be Reported?
- Abuse of position/authority.
- Bribery or gratuities.
- Grade trading or academic manipulation.
- Plagiarism or other academic violations.
- Conflict of interest.
- Misuse of faculty funds or budgets.
- Intimidation, discrimination, or other unethical behavior.
How to Report

Protection for Whistleblowers
- Whistleblower identities are kept confidential and not disclosed without consent.
- No retaliation or intimidation against whistleblowers.
- Reports are verified before follow-up actions are taken.
Report Handling Procedure
- Initial verification by the FPBS WBS team.
- Further investigation if required.
- Actions and recommendations from authorized faculty representatives.
- Sanctions and corrective measures per applicable regulations.
