What is WBS?

The Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a reporting mechanism for violations or misconduct within the Faculty of Language and Literature Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

Objectives

1. Prevent and take action against corruption, collusion, and nepotism.
2. Maintain academic integrity and transparency at FPBS.
3. Provide a safe channel for whistleblowers to report without fear of pressure or threats.

What Can Be Reported?

1. Abuse of position/authority.
2. Bribery or gratuities.
3. Grade trading or academic manipulation.
4. Plagiarism or other academic violations.
5. Conflict of interest.
6. Misuse of faculty funds or budgets.
7. Intimidation, discrimination, or other unethical behavior.

Protection for Whistleblowers

1. Whistleblower identities are kept confidential and not disclosed without consent.
2. No retaliation or intimidation against whistleblowers.
3. Reports are verified before follow-up actions are taken.

Report Handling Procedure

1. Initial verification by the FPBS WBS team.
2. Further investigation if required.
3. Actions and recommendations from authorized faculty representatives.
4. Sanctions and corrective measures per applicable regulations.
