On Monday, August 9, 2026, KEMABA (Keluarga Mahasiswa Bahasa Arab) organized the 2026 New Student Registration (RMB) at the Rusunawa UPI Field. The activity took place from 07.15 to 13.30 WIB and was attended by the student affairs lecturer, the boards of MPM, DPM, and BEM KEMABA, the Chair of KEMA FPBS, as well as the 2026 cohort of new students from the Arabic Language Education Study Program at UPI.
RMB served as an initial step to collect data on new students while introducing KEMABA, its organizational structure, and its role as a platform for student development and campus life.
The activity began with a socialization session, remarks from RMB chief organizer Muhammad Haikal Dimyati and KEMA FPBS Chair Kang Zaki Abdurrahman Syauqi, as well as interactive games to build a more welcoming atmosphere.
Next, participants were divided into 10 groups to take part in a series of station-to-station activities at each qism and institution. Through these activities, new students gained various insights into KEMABA and campus life while also having the opportunity to interact and build camaraderie.
The event ran actively and smoothly, with strong enthusiasm from participants reflected in their involvement throughout each session and in the group chants. After the full series concluded, participants took an individual post-test as an evaluation of their understanding of the material presented during the sessions.
The activity closed with remarks from Student Affairs Lecturer Dr. Mia Nurmala, M.Pd., who offered appreciation, motivation, and messages about the importance of togetherness, discipline, and responsibility. The session ended with a cheerful group photo, marking the sense of closeness that had grown throughout the event.
Through the 2026 KEMABA New Student Registration, it is hoped that new students will become more familiar with the environment of the Arabic Language Education Study Program, especially KEMABA as a forum for student development and contribution. More than simply a registration activity, RMB is expected to become an initial step for new students to build relationships, foster togetherness, understand organizational life, and be encouraged to participate actively in both academic and non-academic activities within the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
