Bandung, February 18, 2026 - As a follow-up to the Work Dialogue for Drafting the Derivative Targets of the Rector and Dean’s Performance Agreement held previously, the leadership of FPBS UPI officially signed their performance agreements on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM. This event was aimed at ensuring the commitment and accountability of each work unit in achieving the agreed performance targets.

The signing involved the Dean of FPBS, Vice Deans, Heads of Study Programs, and Heads of Sections (Kasi) within FPBS. Each leader present signed the performance agreement document, which contains the targets discussed and agreed upon during the preceding work dialogue. This signing serves as a symbol of FPBS’s seriousness in implementing structured and measurable performance planning, and ensures that every element of FPBS holds a clear commitment to achieving shared objectives.

In his remarks, the Dean of FPBS expressed hope that this signing would not merely serve as a formality, but as a concrete step toward driving better and more effective performance outcomes. The Dean also underscored the importance of periodic evaluation and inter-unit collaboration to ensure that performance targets are met in accordance with established plans.

This performance agreement signing is an implementation of a performance management system based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), with the aim of continuously improving the academic and administrative quality of FPBS. The event also supports SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by upholding the principles of transparency and accountability in FPBS governance.

Through this performance agreement signing, FPBS UPI hopes that every element of leadership and staff can work with the same spirit, focused on measurable outcomes, and making a positive impact on the development of the faculty and university going forward.
