Bandung, 20 June 2026 - BEM KEMABA FPBS UPI held the RUMAH: Muslimah Space program. The event was conducted online via G-meet. The activity was attended by 19 people consisting of the committee, participants, and the speaker.
RUMAH: Muslimah Space is one of the work programs of Qismu Dirasah Islamiyyah. Carrying the theme “Finding Rest and Calm in the Midst of Busyness through the Qur’an,” the event aimed to invite Muslim women in KEMABA to understand the importance of giving the heart a space to rest amid dense activities and the demands of life. Muslimah Space served as a place to draw closer to Allah together, calm the heart, and find true tranquility through a closer relationship with the Qur’an.
The event was opened by the MC, followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, and then continued with the Muslimah Talk session. The Muslimah Talk was a presentation session delivered by Teh Wafa Taqiyya. In this session, the speaker explained how the Qur’an becomes a source of inner peace, a reminder to return to Allah amid busy daily life, and a guide for building closeness with the Qur’an so that the heart remains calm and directed in living life.
After the presentation session, the activity continued with a question-and-answer session that gave participants the opportunity to express their views and deepen their understanding of the material that had been delivered.
The event series was closed with a collective prayer and documentation of the activity as evidence of the implementation of Muslimah Space. It is hoped that through this activity, participants can make the Qur’an their place to return to for peace, find a resting place for the heart amid busyness, and become increasingly motivated to draw closer to Allah, especially through the Qur’an.
