Bandung, 18 April 2026 - BEM KEMABA FPBS UPI organized the RUMAH: Ruang Muslimah event at the UPI Synthetic Field. The activity was attended by 14 people consisting of the committee, participants, and the speaker.
RUMAH: Ruang Muslimah is one of the work programs of Qismu Dirasah Islamiyyah. Carrying the theme “How to Be a High-Value Muslimah,” the event aimed to strengthen ukhuwah among KEMABA’s female members, broaden understanding of Muslim womanhood values, introduce inspiring stories of the shahabiyyah, and help participants understand how to become Muslim women of high value in the sight of Allah. Ruang Muslimah was designed as a space that encourages participants to continue learning to become women of value based on faith and piety, not merely according to worldly standards.
The event opened with the MC’s introduction, followed by the recitation of verses from the Qur’an and then the Bincang Muslimah session. Bincang Muslimah was the main presentation session in which the speaker discussed the true value of a Muslim woman, which is not measured by worldly standards but by her level of piety before Allah, as well as ways to improve oneself spiritually, intellectually, and personally. After the presentation session, the event continued with a question-and-answer session and a group discussion. This session trained participants in courage and self-confidence, as through asking questions and expressing opinions they learned to speak up and confidently share their thoughts.
The series of activities closed with a collective prayer and documentation of the event as evidence of the successful implementation of Ruang Muslimah. It is hoped that Ruang Muslimah will become an initial step in building oneself into a person of high value before Allah, while continually striving to improve the quality of faith, character, and knowledge in daily life.
